Save your cells and stay off sugar. Sugar is not a good ingredient if you want to stay in the anti aging fighting zone. It can give you inflammation that could cause cancer, diabetes, heart disease and Alzheimer´s. It can affect your skin in many bad ways. Loosing elasticity, collagen and moisture and a key factor in creating wrinkles.
Try keeping sugar to as low intake as possible. Best is to end it for good, but that is also a challenge given how much sugar is in hiding in foods. You can get your sweet cravings served from eating fresh fruit. Stay focused on this path for 30 days and you are likely to change your habits of craving for something sweet.
2. Get Glowing Skin
Fruits. You can eat them for the nutritional benefits. For the replacing of the sugar craving, but there is an added benefit. It can brighten your skin. Do some investigation and try finding where you can buy Guava and Pichuberries. It could be worth your while.
Guava is rich in C vitamin that is important in the creation of collagen so your skin will stay young looking. As well as tight and wrinkle free. Pichuberries (berries native to the Andes) are high in antioxidants. This as we know is good to fight inflammation, be good to liver and kidneys. 4. Stay Fit eat Fat
There have been so many diet trends that focuses on low fat. This has given fat a bad reputation as something to avoid. The truth is to avoid what is called bad fats as they can be harmful to your heart and waistline. You should eat healthy fats like olive oil, avocado, fish, nuts and seeds (flax, chia and hemp).
Both good in tasting they are also key in staying in a young body. And feeling young. Healthy fats will lower your bad cholesterol and increase the good. It reduces inflammation and promotes reproduction of cells. It also gives you better skin elasticity, glowing skin, better hair and nails. Last but not least, improving your brain function and reducing joint pain.
5. Cold Water for your Cellulite
Exposing yourself to cold water will activate brown fat (good fat) to burn white fat which is bad. White fat is turned into energy to keep the body warm. The good fat will also improve circulation and reduce inflammation. It will also repair muscles and refine hair and skin by sealing pores to keep moisture. You can either have a warm shower and turn it to cold towards the end for a few minutes. If you repeat this every time you shower, you will little by little be able to stay longer in a cold shower. The other way is to have cold baths after a warm one.
6. Stay in the Nude while you Sleep
This one might be a challenge if you are not used to it. But it is worth the try. Sleeping naked at a low temperature in the room will make the body stay cooler and more restful for the night. It will also help regulate your cortisol. This reduces the probability of overeating the following day. Melatonin and growth hormone is also higher all good for great aging.
