Juice that reduces Belly Fat and Toxins

During winter we tend to increase body fat due to reduced activity and snacks high in fat.  Once sun rises and it gets warmer  we realize we have increased our waist line.  Then we start increasing our physical activity and eat healthier to reduce our waist.  We, of course want to have it all ready for our beach or swimming pool look.

Here is a drink that will help reduce our belly fat go away faster.  This works best with an increased level of physical activity.

Ingredients for juice:

  • 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar
  • 1/8 tablespoon cayenne pepper
  • Juice and zest of one lemon

Preparation

Rub the lemon zest and drizzle with 1 cup of hot water.  After 10 minutes, add lemon juice, apple cider vinegar and a cayenne pepper.  Mix before each sip, and drink before and after meals.

To explain better why this mix works well together:

Warm water

Drinking warm water opens the blood vessels and digestive systems. It aids digestion, while cold liquids would do the opposite

Cayenne pepper

will improve digestion of food, speed up metabolism and stimulate fat burning.  Its ingredient capsaicin stimulates the nervous system to produce heat in the body. This promotes the accelerated consumption of calories.

Lemon

Contains a substance that slows the deposition of fat. Lemon peel contains policosanol a type of sugar that helps burning of accumulated fat. The lemon also contains limeone, that helps flush toxins from the liver.

Apple cider vinegar

Moderate consumption of apple cider vinegar helps dissolve fat in the body. Vinegar contains natural acids that dissolve toxins and wash them out of the liver.

By controlling blood sugar it boosts the immune system and alkalizes the body to balance pH levels.

Another Variation

Skip the Cayenne Pepper and add one 1 teaspoon of sea salt.  This version also talks about having the drink first thing in the morning.

The sea salt protects your adrenal glands. When the body wakes up it needs to increase blood pressure to prevent us from falling over.  Cortisol is peaking and the adrenals go searching for sodium to create this increase in blood pressure.

By drinking the sea salt and giving the body what it needs, we reduce the burden on the adrenals. Many suffer from adrenal fatigue due to lack of sleep and too much caffeine.  Making this critical to those suffering from adrenal fatigue.
